Our Guide to the Perfect Picnic
Picnics are all the rage this season as they are the perfect summer activity to do while social distancing with friends! Here is our guide to having the perfect summer picnic.
What to wear
First you need an outfit that's suitable for lounging and eating in. We recommend wearing a soft pant (an elasticized waist is a no brainer!) or a flowy midi dress to elevate the atmosphere (while being long enough to comfortably sit in).

What to pack
A picnic blanket and basket are picnicking essentials. For the menu, keep it simple by stopping at La Focacceria for a sandwich or Sabà for some baked goods, or get fancy with a homemade charcuterie board and a bottle of bubbly!
Where to go
There are so many great picnicking spots in the lower mainland! If you want to find someplace right here in Fort Langley, we recommend taking your picnic down by the river, in front of the Fort Langley Community Hall, or under a tree in Derby Reach Park!
