  • Standard: 2 to 5 business days. - $10

  • Express: 2 to 3 business days. - $20

  • Priority: 1 to 2 business days. - $30

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number (if available). Click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier's site. Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Please note any orders of high value will require a signature upon delivery.


Return Policy

  • Bella & Wren will only accept return and or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • We are pleased to accept timely returns of product within 10 days of receiving your Return Number. 
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition. It must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
  • All original tags must be intact and attached. Returns that are soiled or damaged may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Please make sure your returned order is packaged safely, as we will not process damaged merchandise.
  • Please save the original clear bag your purchase came in to ensure it is in saleable condition.
  • All sale items and special orders will be final sale as well as bodysuits, intimates, cosmetics, scarves and jewelry.


Return Policy Procedures
Follow our easy steps…
  1. For exchange or return please email us at hello@bellawrendesign.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. You will receive an email containing your Return Number. Make sure your package is postmarked and sent off within 10 days of receiving your Return Number.
  3. Place the item in the original box you received it in and securely seal it. If you are returning multiple items, please try to keep all items in one box. Make sure the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the box.
  4. Drop off the package at your shipping carrier's location. If you received the item at a P.O. box in Canada please drop off return at Canada Post.
  5. All returned items must be sent pre-paid and insured with a tracking number.
  6. All returns must be received within 10 days of Return Number being issued via email from Bella & Wren.
  7. Please include a copy of the original Invoice in your return parcel.
  8. Bella & Wren will credit the amount of the refund via the original payment method used once we have received the returned items in original condition.



For exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item, include the style name and size you prefer. An exchange shipping fee of 10.00 ( within Canada) will be charged to your original form of payment once the exchange has been made. If you would like to exchange for a higher or lesser priced item the additional charges or deductions will be charged to your original form of payment.


PLEASE NOTE: Bella & Wren has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements stated above.

    Cancellation of Orders
    You may only cancel your order via telephone 604-380-4484 or email hello@bellawrendesign.ca up until the time that your order has been processed. If your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is irreversible. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that occur during the order.
